A real estate product for several audiences at once.
The platform had to serve buyers, investors, developers, agents and internal teams while keeping complex property data clear and usable.
A map-first platform for off-plan real estate.

Project snapshot
The product was created from the ground up over roughly seven months together with a PM and development team.
I led product strategy, UX architecture and visual direction across the website, mobile experience and back-office, working closely with product and development.

A map-first experience connected customer-facing journeys with the internal workflows required to keep property data accurate and useful.
The platform had to serve buyers, investors, developers, agents and internal teams while keeping complex property data clear and usable.
All of this had to be manageable for internal teams and agents, while still feeling clear, lightweight and premium for buyers and investors.

Key product decisions
The map became the primary way to discover projects, filter opportunities and move from city-level browsing into project detail without losing context.
The experience connected project, building, floor and apartment data, making each unit's position, level and orientation easy to understand.
Managers and agents could maintain projects, buildings, units, layouts, 3D assets, locations and investment data in one structured workflow.
Pricing, ROI and comparison flows helped buyers and investors evaluate off-plan opportunities with more confidence.
The interface feels polished and trustworthy while remaining light enough for everyday browsing and data-heavy decisions.
Product experience

The result
The final product included a public web experience, mobile experience, map-based discovery, investment and ROI views, project comparison flows and a back-office for managing real estate data. After handoff, it was transferred to the internal team and quickly began being used by real users; exact metrics are not available.
